To further strengthen our operations, we are looking for a proactive and skilled assistant to support administrative tasks, marketing efforts, and client relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Administrative Support<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist in daily operations, including scheduling, email management, and document preparation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and update client databases, bookings, and yacht availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle contracts, invoices, and payments with accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support logistics coordination for yacht charters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Marketing &amp; Social Media Management<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and create engaging content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor online engagement and respond professionally to inquiries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in creating promotional materials, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Client Communication &amp;
