Description
For a booking agency that organizes family trips in Ibiza we are looking for a Part-time Sales and Marketing Manager. As a sales and marketing manager you will make sure that new clients are reached and you will take care of the important matters concerning bookings. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English, as the majority of the contact will be in English.
These include the duties associated with this position:
- Provide support to customers after they have booked
- Preparing welcome packages for families
- Supervising check-ins
- Content creation (possibly in collaboration with 24NANNIES)
- Managing and updating the marketing calendar
- Liaising with intermediaries
- Setting out routes through Ibiza Town for parents with children
- Manage business Instagram account
- Manage website
