We are seeking an individual or couple with a passion for business innovation and property management to oversee the transformation of a luxurious villa and extensive estate in Ibiza into a thriving retreat and farm business.
This is a unique opportunity to shape a project from scratch, turning our villa and farm concept into a top-tier destination. This is your chance to live, design and own a complete dream experience on an existing estate in Ibiza.
Position Overview:
Location:
Sant Lorenzo, Santa Gertrudis, Ibiza
Estate Size:
82,000 m2 farm with a historic vineyard (1 hectare), multiple buildings, swimming pool, finca, guest house, and two suites
Accommodation:
Live in one of our luxurious suites on the estate
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead the development of the financial side and estate with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to create a successful retreat and farm business
● Manage branding, marketing, bookings, and the strategic planning of the estate’s farm and guest experience
● Develop the property’s profitability through innovative ideas like workshops, exclusive events, tastings, and private dining experiences
● Drive the transformation of the farm’s land to produce sustainable goods for sale, while planning events that highlight the estate’s unique offerings
● Oversee the property’s operations, ensuring it is maintained to the highest standards year-round for guests
● Work closely with the company to organize team-building activities, events, and exclusive stays

Requirements:

Candidate Expectations:
● As a top candidate, you will be asked to present a business case outlining your vision for turning the villa and farm into a profitable retreat, including
● A strategic plan with measurable goals
● A budget with financial projections
● A mood board, created by you illustrating your concept for the finca and farm business
Start:
Ideally as soon as possible, within the next 3 months
Salary/Income:
Based on the businesscase provided you make your own plan for this, then present it to the investors
