Job Description
Administrative Support
- Assist in daily operations, including scheduling, email management, and document preparation.
- Maintain and update client databases, bookings, and yacht availability.
- Handle contracts, invoices, and payments with accuracy.
- Support logistics coordination for yacht charters.
Marketing & Social Media Management
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and create engaging content.
- Monitor online engagement and respond professionally to inquiries.
- Assist in creating promotional materials, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
Client Communication & Yacht Charter Support
- Act as a point of contact for international clients, providing outstanding customer service.
- Build strong relationships with yacht owners, brokers, and partners.
